Lifetime Warranty

MyWalletDepot.com has added the following to our Term and Conditions offering a Lifetime Warranty on all items on the site unless stated on an item's product page. Customer can return an item for any reason with no limits on time, provided that item is accompanied with the original receipt. There are more details below.

13. Lifetime Warranty

All items sold on MyWalletDepot.com feature a lifetime warranty unless stated otherwise on an item's product page. The terms of the lifetime warranty are as follows:

A. Customer may return an item for any reason with no limitations on the time limit for the return.

B. Before returning the item, customer must obtain an Return Authorization Number from MyWalletDepot.com by using the Contact link on the site.

C. Customer must return item along with the original receipt. Items not accompanied with the original receipt are not eligible for a lifetime warranty and will be returned. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the merchandise back to MyWalletDepot.com.

D. After receiving a returned item with a valid RMA# and original receipt, MyWalletDepot.com will in it's discretion replace the item with another like item, refund the customer's purchase price of the item, or issue a site credit equal to the original purchase price of the item.

E. Any item that is not eligible for a lifetime warranty will be subject to the return policy listed in sections 14, 15, and 16.
